Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR professional located in Noida. The HR professional will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks such as developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. Other duties include maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment efforts, conducting onboarding and training for new hires, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Qualifications Skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies Expertise in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,
