Job Description
- Assigning cleaning tasks and areas to housekeeping staff and monitoring their performance.
- Inspecting Rooms, Hall, Kitchen lobbies, cloud kitchen and common areas for cleanliness and order.
- Conducting training sessions on cleaning methods, equipment use, and safety procedures.
- Managing the stocking and ordering of cleaning supplies to ensure availability and budget compliance.
- Resolving any guest issues or complaints related to cleanliness in a timely and efficient manner.
- Preparing reports on departmental activities, staff performance, and resource utilization.
