Job Description
A Hotel Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests. This includes tasks like cleaning, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance issues.
- Guest Room Cleaning: Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, including bathrooms, and common areas like hallways and lobbies.
- Making Beds and Changing Linen: Ensuring fresh linens and towels are provided in each room.
- Restocking Amenities: Replenishing toiletries, beverages, and other guest supplies.
- Laundry Services: Collecting, washing, drying, and folding linens, towels, and potentially guest laundry.
