Job Description
Job Responsibilities Cleaning of a given numbers of rooms according to Company standards ensuring a defect free room. Assist in Single Point Entry concept. Provides a high level of service standards. Follow-up on any assignments by his supervisor. Should be helpful and courteous to guests at all times. Follow periodical cleaning schedules. Responsible for equipping all rooms with linen, amenities in the guest rooms. Reports maintenance problems in the room to the supervisor. Reports any loss or damage to the floor supervisor. Job Requirements Demonstrates an ability to acquire the following attributes: initiative, problem solving, prioritizing, training and developing subordinates and being goal oriented. Understands the mission, vision and value systems as followed by the organization. Thorough knowledge of modern housekeeping techniques and the latest in cleaning technology, hygiene and safety standards. Knowledge of various chemicals and cleaning equipments. Exhibits excellent grooming standards. Should be helpful and courteous to guests at all times.,
