Job Description

The Hostel Warden position involves overseeing the overall well-being, discipline, and administration of the hostel to maintain a safe and healthy living environment. Your responsibilities will include allotting rooms to residents, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of hostel premises, monitoring food quality, maintaining strict discipline, and reporting incidents of indiscipline to the Director. You will also address grievances/complaints from residents, provide first aid during emergencies, and arrange hospitalization when necessary. The ideal candidate should possess a caring and mature demeanor, with the ability to supervise residents effectively. Educational qualifications include any Degree Graduate or 10th/12th pass candidates with relevant experience. Although prior experience in hostel management is preferred, it is not mandatory. This position is for female candidates. As a Hostel Warden, you will benefit from leave encashment, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
