Job Title: Steward Location: Mumbai Department: Hospitality / Food & Beverage Experience Required: Minimum 6 months Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Steward to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of relevant experience and be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas, as well as assisting in basic kitchen tasks. Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, utensils, and equipment. Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation and service. Ensure dishwashing and sanitization procedures are followed correctly. Handle and dispose of kitchen waste in a hygienic manner. Stock supplies such as clean utensils, dishes, and glassware in proper areas. Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards consistently. Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions. Support overall kitchen operations during peak hours. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience as a steward in a hotel, restaurant, or food service setting. Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards. Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Good communication and team collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a hospitality or F&B environment. Knowledge of basic food safety protocols.
