• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service across all hotel areas.
• Financial ManagementMonitor budgets, control costs, and achieve financial targets (occupancy rates, revenue, and profitability).
• Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve revenue and reduce expenses.
• Oversee room pricing strategies in collaboration with revenue management.
• Guest ServicesEnsure exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints promptly.
• Monitor guest satisfaction levels and implement initiatives for improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat business and positive reviews.
• Staff ManagementRecruit, train, supervise, and evaluate hotel staff.
