Job Description
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of wedding sales and event planning as a Wedding Sales Manager located in Gurugram. This full-time, on-site role involves generating leads, meeting with clients, preparing event proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful event execution. In addition, you will manage budgets effectively, ensure customer satisfaction, and follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and foster long-term relationships. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in sales, client relationship management, and lead generation. Experience in event planning and coordination, especially related to weddings, is crucial. Strong negotiation and contract management abilities are required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must be able to manage budgets and multitask effectively, demonstrating strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is necessary. Experience in the hospitality or event management industry is a plus.
