The Hospitality Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing food and beverage services, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests, and assisting in the smooth operation of hospitality services. Daily tasks will include greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any guest concerns or requests promptly and efficiently. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management Hospitality experience and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality management is a plus,
