Job Description
To type discharge report/ radiology reports correctly in terms of spelling, punctuations, etc. To make sure the page set up is correct and avoid wastage of papers When posted on the patient floors, M.T shall be responsible for drafting discharge summaries of ICU, Wards and Daycare patients. When posted in Radiology department, M.T shall be responsible for drafting Reports of both OPD and IPD patients for Radiology Investigations All reports should be completed within stipulated time To coordinate for departmental quality related work in terms of maintaining records/ registers & timely submission of all MIS / Indicators.
