Job Summary:

 Paisa bazaar is seeking dynamic and result-oriented individuals to join our Home Loan Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home loan products, possess excellent market knowledge, and have the capability to generate leads independently.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Actively generate leads from the open market for home loan products.

Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Conduct client meetings, understand their financial needs, and provide suitable home loan solutions.

Follow up with clients for documentation and loan processing.

Stay updated with current market trends and competitor activities.

*Requirements:*

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan Sales.

Age: Between 25 to 32 years.

Education: Graduate or Undergraduate.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and generate self-leads.

Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach.
