Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Holiday Specialist located in Kozhikode. The Holiday Specialist will be responsible for planning and organizing holiday packages, creating itineraries, and providing travel advice to clients. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients to understand their travel requirements, coordinating with vendors and service providers, booking accommodations and transportation, and ensuring all travel arrangements run smoothly. The role also involves handling any issues or emergencies that arise during clients" travels and following up with clients post-travel to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in planning and organizing travel packages and creating detailed itineraries Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to coordinate with vendors and service providers Knowledge of travel booking systems and software Problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergencies efficiently Attention to detail and organizational skills Strong geographic knowledge and awareness of popular travel destinations Relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus Bachelors degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus,
