Job Description
As a Holiday Consultant at Leonard Travels Pvt Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage the holiday packages vertical from inquiry management to closure of sale. You will play a crucial role in setting up processes to handle inquiries, showcasing the various holiday packages offered by Leonard, understanding customer requirements, and converting inquiries into sales by utilizing a strong follow-up mechanism. Your role will require in-depth knowledge of the holiday packages industry, including competitor offerings, to effectively highlight the unique selling points of Leonard's packages. You will need to coordinate with customers, internal team members, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of services. Additionally, you will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and suggest new packages based on market research. Key competencies for this role include being target-driven, having a passion for sales, possessing excellent knowledge of holiday packages and market products, being customer-centric, and having strong communication and relationship management skills. You should also be research-oriented, persuasive yet non-pushy, and have the ability to manage vendors effectively. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are essential, along with the willingness to work in a high-pressure environment and collaborate effectively with team members. This full-time permanent position offers a competitive compensation bracket of 3 to 5 LACS PER ANNUM (plus incentives).
