Designation : AGM/Senior Manager - Piping Design Position : 1 Required Experience : 15+ years Education : Degree in Mechanical Engineering Joining : Immediate/One month Location : Vadodara Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Piping Design Head to lead our piping design team in the execution of oil and gas projects. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of piping design, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications. Your leadership will drive innovation and efficiency, fostering a collaborative environment for creative problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor a team of piping engineers and designers. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for professional development. Piping Design & Engineering: Develop and review piping design specifications and layouts for oil and gas projects. Ensure all designs comply with industry standards (e.g., ASME, ANSI, API). Utilize software tools (e.g., CAD, PDMS, or other 3D modelling software) for design execution. Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution. Attend project meetings and provide technical insights on piping design aspects. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure design integrity and compliance. Review and approve design deliverables and documentation. Innovation & Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the design team. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, 15+ years of experience in piping design within the oil and gas industry, with at least [3+] years in a leadership role. Proficiency in piping design software (e.g., AutoCAD, AVEVA E3D, SP3D, AutoCAD plant 3D or equivalent). Strong understanding of relevant codes and standards (ASME, API, etc.). Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.,
