•  Manage client servicing of HNI and Ultra-HNI clients.
• Manage client servicing for Sales && Dealing teams.
• Effective Interfacing with operations team, Legal, Compliance, accounts team, AMCs,RTA, Third party distributors etc
• Understand clients needs && requirements and accordingly position products &&services.
• Engage with inactive customers and activate their accounts.
•  Resolve client queries, complaints && requests in defined TAT.
•  Generating quality clients leads through networking, data base, market intelligence and references from existing clients.
• Conduct activities for Client Acquisition and Financial Planning.
• Ensure compliance as per various regulator and organization guidelines
•  Maintaining && keeping track of data, office / operations related work, processing ofdata received
• Have a customer-centric approach and ensure that customers are serviced well
• Partner with Client facing teams && ensure complete documentation of ongoingproducts, review documents, stay current with all regulatory changes, maintain records.
• Handling && maintenance of confidential client documentation

• Graduate / Post graduate with overall experience of 3- 4yrs , preferably in BFSI
• Should have very good communication, quick learner with people management skills
• Must be well versed with Excel.
• Should be a result oriented, self starter, proactive, strong motivator, collaborative,
• focused on team cohesion, dynamics && constantly improve quality of performance
• Should possess strong networking && relationship building skills
• Should have an eye for detail in documents
• Should be an initiator and self-learner
