Proven experience in customer service or voice process (preferably in international voice support). Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written). Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as required by the business. Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions. Strong interpersonal skills and a team player attitude. Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism. Knowledge of CRM software and call center tools is a plus.
