Job Description
We are seeking a Tax Manager Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong background in Direct Tax to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle all aspects of Direct Tax compliance for clients, including tax computations, filings, assessments, and audits.
-Provide advisory services related to tax planning, structuring, and regulatory compliance. Liaise with tax authorities and represent clients during tax assessments and audits.
-Review and ensure accuracy in tax returns, TDS filings, and tax-related documentation. Conduct internal audits, statutory audits, and tax audits as required.
-Coordinate with clients to gather necessary financial information and documents.
