About the Role:

We are hiring Relationship Managers for a reputed broking firm to drive client acquisition and equity product sales. The ideal candidate is dynamic, target-oriented, and passionate about building relationships in the financial services space.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients and develop long-term relationships with them.

• Deepen engagement with existing clients by providing suitable equity investment solutions.

• Assess client risk profiles and offer relevant investment options.

• Drive business targets through direct sales efforts.

• Provide timely reports and updates to reporting managers.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate or Postgraduate with 04 years of experience in financial product sales.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Existing client relationships in financial services are a plus.

• Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills.
