We are hiring Personal Bankers and Relationship Managers for a leading private sector bank in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers for Current Accounts (CA) and Savings Accounts (SA) through proactive hunting.
Manage and deepen existing customer relationships to drive revenue growth (farming).
Ensure excellent customer service and cross-sell banking products.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Build strong client relationships through regular engagement and superior service delivery.
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in acquiring (hunting) and managing (farming) Current and Savings Account customers.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-focused approach with a passion for building long-term relationships.
Prior experience in banking
