As a Hindi Voice Process (TSO) representative, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing support in Hindi, English, and Telugu languages. Fluency in Hindi is mandatory for this role. You should be able to effectively communicate with customers and address their concerns to ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate for this position should have 0 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Both graduates and undergraduates who are freshers are welcome to apply. The compensation for this position ranges from 13k to 18k based on your experience and qualifications. This is a full-time job that requires you to work from the office.
