Job Title: Social Science Teacher Company: DIYANVI EDU-TECH PVT LTD Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Experience: 1-4 Years (Immediate joiners only) Class: 7th-10th Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Social Science Teacher to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons in various social science subjects, including History, Geography, Civics, and Economics. The ideal candidate should have a passion for teaching, a strong understanding of the social sciences, and the ability to foster a positive learning environment for students. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in accordance with the Current curriculum for social sciences. Assessment & Evaluation: Regularly assess and evaluate student progress through Tests, Quiz, Assignments, Projects. Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of the social science curriculum and resources. Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest educational trends, social science topics, and teaching methodologies through professional development opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with fellow teachers and staff to ensure students receive a holistic education and to align teaching strategies across subjects. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Social Science, or related field. Strong knowledge and understanding of the subjects (History, Geography, Civics, Economics, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Experience using educational technology and online teaching tools. Ability to develop engaging learning materials and resources.
