Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable High School Physics Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching physics concepts, encouraging scientific inquiry, and promoting critical thinking skills among students. The teacher should create engaging lesson plans that inspire curiosity and help students understand the principles of physics through theory, experimentation, and real-world applications. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the school curriculum and educational standards. Conduct laboratory experiments and demonstrations to reinforce theoretical concepts. Prepare instructional materials, assessments, and homework assignments. Use a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and levels. Monitor and assess student progress through tests, assignments, projects, and practical work. Maintain accurate student records and prepare progress reports for parents and school administration. Create a positive and safe learning environment in the classroom and lab. Participate in school functions, staff meetings, and parent-teacher interactions. Stay updated with developments in the field of science and integrate them into the classroom. Qualifications: Prior teaching experience at the high school level is preferred. Minimum 3 yrs of experience required. Strong subject knowledge and understanding of scientific pedagogy. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Ability to use educational technology tools and virtual labs. Preferred Skills: Experience with inquiry-based and experiential learning methods. Familiarity with national/state-level standards (CBSE/ICSE/State Board/AP/IB). Job Type: Full-time Performance bonus,
