Job Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Helper to assist in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, punctual, and willing to carry out a variety of manual tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  Assist skilled workers or technicians in their daily tasks

  Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment

  Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace

  Support basic repair, packing, cleaning, or lifting activities

  Follow safety procedures and company rules at all times

  Perform errands or minor jobs as assigned by the supervisor

  Help with inventory movement and stacking (if in warehouse/shop)

  Provide general assistance to team members during operations

Requirements:

  No formal education required; basic literacy is a plus

  Prior experience in a helper/labor role (preferred but not mandatory)

  Physically fit and able to handle manual work

  Honest, punctual, and disciplined

  Willing to follow instructions and learn on the job

  Ability to work in different environments (indoor/outdoor)
