Your main responsibilities will include providing technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues, managing Security Systems, and ensuring exceptional customer support. Your daily tasks will involve responding to help desk tickets, diagnosing technical problems, and escalating issues to the relevant team members as needed. This role demands strong analytical skills to efficiently identify and resolve technical issues. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in Technical Support and Help Desk Support, possess strong analytical capabilities, be familiar with managing and troubleshooting Customer Technical issues, exhibit excellent Customer Support skills, and have strong written and verbal communication abilities.
