You will be taking on the role of Head of Sales - Home Loan & LAP at FINSSO FINTECH AND ADVISORS PVT LTD, a full-time hybrid position primarily based in Ahmedabad with the flexibility for some work from home. As the Head of Sales, your main responsibility will be to oversee the sales strategy for home loans and loan against property (LAP). This will involve managing day-to-day sales operations, devising and executing sales strategies, handling account management, leading and guiding the sales team, and ensuring the attainment of sales targets. Your duties will also include interacting with clients, collaborating with internal teams, and analyzing market trends to maintain competitiveness. To excel in this role, you should possess strong sales and sales management abilities, be adept at account management and nurturing client relationships, have experience in team management and leadership, demonstrate excellent analytical skills for assessing market trends and sales performance, exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable working in a hybrid work environment, and ideally have a proven track record in the financial services industry. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field would be advantageous for this position.,
