In this full-time on-site role, you will be responsible for leading a team in conducting market research, developing new research methodologies, analyzing data trends, and providing strategic insights to assist clients in making well-informed investment decisions. As the Head of Research, you should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in the field of Technical Analysis and possess strong team leadership skills. Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English are essential for effectively conveying complex market insights to clients. Additionally, a Master's degree in Finance, along with NISM (RA) certification, is required for this role. Candidates with CMT certification will be preferred. The ideal candidate should also be adaptable to working in shifts and demonstrate a proactive approach to staying updated with market trends. Freshers are advised not to apply for this position.
