Job Title: Project Management Head Location: Mumbai Experience: 5-6years in project management (preferably in lighting, furniture, architecture, or interiors) Salary : 12LPA - 14LPA Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Management Head to lead and manage our lighting projects from inception to completion. This role involves overseeing timelines, budgets, quality control, and team performance to ensure every project is delivered smoothly and meets our high standards Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery: Plan, monitor, and complete projects on time and within budget. Performance & Quality: Track progress, set goals, and maintain high-quality standards. Team Leadership: Manage and guide a team of 23 members. Client Coordination: Communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide regular updates. Service & Complaints: Ensure excellent service and handle any project-related concerns in a professional manner. Requirements: 56 years of experience in project management (preferably in lighting, furniture, architecture, or interiors). Experience managing small teams. Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
