We at Alphabet Investment, are looking for a dedicated individual. The ideal individual must be able to interact with clients and possess knowledge of the financial markets. The individual must be excited to work with a Wealth Management firm while always keeping the needs of the client first. Job Description 1. Maintain Client Confidentiality 2. Making and receiving calls 3. Interacting with Wealth managers 4. All Operational Work 5. Product Research & Analysis Key Responsibilities : Onboarding new customers and completing documentation effectively. Ensure error free transactions. Filling forms without any error and ensuring all activities are carried out in a timely manner. Creating MIS for all meetings and maintaining calendar for future meetings Creating presentations for investors after co-ordinating with the wealth managers. Generating reports and e-mailing the same to the clients. Research and analysis of funds and carrying out invoicing. Communicating with product partners / AMC's and developing relations to get the company's work done efficiently and correctly. The individual will have to take care of all backend responsibilities and any work that may arise.
