Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and scalability. Trade Execution & Settlement: Ensure smooth trade execution, settlement processes, and reconciliation of transactions. Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to SEBI, NSE, BSE, and other regulatory requirements, and mitigate operational risks. Back-Office Management: Oversee account opening, fund settlements, reporting, KYC verification, and customer queries. Technology Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to enhance trading platforms, back-office systems, and process automation. Client Experience & Support: Ensure high-quality service delivery, addressing client concerns effectively.
