As Head of Operations, you will be the central force holding all verticals together from music, recording studio, talent, media platforms, on ground IP's driving seamless execution, aligning teams, optimizing resources, and bringing operational clarity across projects. Whether its a working with teams to produce new music, music releases, a podcast shoot, or a new IP rollout, youll ensure every moving part is on track, on budget, and on time. Youll report directly to the core management and work closely with department leads to make sure Bunty Bains Productions, BBP Live and sister companies runs like a high-performance creative engine. Bunty Bains Productions is a full-stack entertainment powerhouse built on a legacy of shaping Punjabi music and pop culture. From scouting, grooming and building top-tier talent and launching genre-defining tracks directly as well in collaboration with leading record labels, to running the media platform B Social, curating large-scale live events and building next-gen IPs we operate at the intersection of creativity, culture, and commerce.
