Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with the companys growth objectives and sustainability vision. Brand Management: Strengthen brand identity across all customer touchpoints, including digital, print, and trade channels. Product Marketing: Oversee go-to-market strategies for new products, ensuring alignment with customer needs, technological innovations, and market trends. International Market Development: Drive marketing efforts in global markets, coordinating with sales, export, and regional teams to increase brand visibility and penetration. Digital Transformation: Champion digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, social media, performance marketing, and content marketing to build a digital-first ecosystem. Customer Engagement: Design campaigns and strategies focused on farmers, industries, and utilities to educate, engage, and retain customers. Analytics & Insights: Utilize market research, competitor analysis, and data analytics to guide marketing strategies and optimize ROI. Team Leadership: Mentor and manage the marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
