We are looking for Interior Designer for one of our clients in hospitality industry. Role: Head of Interior Design (GM) Industry: Hotels, hospitality, resort We are looking only for pure Interior Designer profiles from the hospitality industry who has done interior design for hotels &/OR Resorts. Location: Head office in Worli Working days: 5 days a week. Additional Points: We are looking for a seasoned professional to fill the Head of Interior Design GM role at our Mumbai Corporate Office (Worli). This position is critical to leading interior design across a portfolio of hospitality projects while ensuring design excellence, brand alignment, and stakeholder collaboration. Key Role Responsibilities: Lead interior design strategy for hospitality projects, ensuring brand consistency. Develop design concepts, space planning, and FF&E strategies. Manage & mentor the in-house interior design team. Coordinate with internal teams (architecture, project management, procurement, operations). Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and technical requirements. Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture/Interior Design. 15+ years of experience in hospitality interior design, preferably from top hotel brands or reputed design firms. Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office). Given the strategic importance of this role, we need high-caliber candidates with strong hotel/hospitality industry experience.
