Responsibilities: Income Tax - Handling all Income Tax matters, advance tax, drafting replies, co-ordination with consultants, handling tax audit, etc - Filing of all tax returns - Regular updates on tax laws particularly on biz activities of the group - Proper coordination with accounts team for obtaining relevant data for return filing and computation of taxable income/advance tax computation. - Optimising tax position on each investment transaction and on overall basis at the year end. Financial Planning & Analytic ( FP&A) - Preparation of Annual budgets with full break up of vertical wise capital allocation, respective income & expenses, RoE after allocation of common expenses. - Preparation and presentation of Monthly MIS on key operating metrics to respective members of management team - Preparation and presentation of Variance analysis between budget vs actuals on quarterly basis with key issues highlighted. - Preparing MIS to assist in decision making for transaction in various opportunities and existing investments - Preparation of final accounts Accounts - Finalisation of Accounts, coordination with statutory & internal audits and resolving queries for signing of accounts. Qualification : Chartered Accountant Experience: - 10+ years in Accounts, Taxation & MIS (preferably in mid to large-sized companies or financial institutions) - Knowledge of Accounting shall be an added advantage Attributes : Self-starter, thinker, delivery orientation CTC - 25-35 lakhs p.a.,
