Job Description
Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, budgeting, and execution of high-scale events from concerts and celebrity nights to corporate and cultural shows Manage talent bookings (artists, celebrities, speakers) and build strong relationships with PR agencies, influencers, and performers Design customized event concepts and pitch winning proposals to corporate clients, wedding planners, and public sector organizations Oversee stage design, lighting, sound, permits, logistics, manpower, and overall event coordination Ensure high client satisfaction through end-to-end engagement, post-event feedback, and quality delivery Supervise creative direction, branding, marketing campaigns, and media coverage for key events Work with finance teams to ensure profitability and cost optimization across all projects Build and nurture a high-performing events team, assigning roles, mentoring juniors, and ensuring delivery excellence Stay up-to-date with event trends, audience engagement tactics, and technologies like live streaming and hybrid event platforms --- Qualifications and Skills 1015 years of solid experience in live event management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Proven track record of delivering large-scale events (10K+ audience, celebrity management, or international exposure preferred) Excellent client relationship, negotiation, and vendor management skills Deep knowledge of stage production, entertainment logistics, and local/state regulations for events Experience working with Punjabi artists, music labels, wedding clients, or the entertainment industry is a big plus Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities under pressure Graduate/Postgraduate in Event Management, Media, Hospitality, or a relevant discipline --- What We Offer Opportunity to lead a legacy brand in Punjabi and international event circles Creative freedom and budget ownership for large-scale events Access to high-profile celebrity and corporate networks Travel opportunities, festival access, and media exposure A collaborative team that blends culture, energy, and professionalism,
