You will be taking on the role of Head of Human Resources at SLM TECHNOLOGY Private Limited, a prominent powder metallurgy company in India. Your main responsibilities will revolve around overseeing all aspects of HR management, including the development and enforcement of HR policies, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and guiding the overall HR strategy of the company. This full-time on-site position is based in Raurkela. Your daily tasks will include managing recruitment processes, facilitating employee onboarding, overseeing performance management, and cultivating a positive workplace culture. To excel in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) skills, with prior experience in HR Management. Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, as well as experience in developing HR Policies, will be crucial. Additionally, you should demonstrate exceptional Employee Relations skills and the ability to enhance the workplace environment. As the Head of Human Resources, effective leadership and organizational abilities are key. Ideally, you hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in HR will be considered advantageous.
