We are looking for an experienced curtain specialist who can seamlessly blend client consultation, design expertise, and operational execution. This role is at the heart of our businesshelping clients select the perfect curtains while managing the entire fulfillment process. You will be responsible for: Client Consultation & Styling Work directly with premium clients, understanding their curtain needs, aesthetic preferences, and functional requirements (light control, privacy, insulation, etc.). Curate and shortlist curtain options, bringing full-size samples to clients for an immersive selection experience. Offer expert guidance on fabric, textures, pleats, hardware, and installation styles to ensure a perfect match with the clients space. Educate clients on premium curtain solutions, including motorized systems, blackout linings, layering, and more. Vendor & Order Management Source, procure, and manage curtain samples from vendors, ensuring timely availability for client consultations. Work closely with curtain manufacturers, fabric suppliers, and hardware vendors to fulfill orders with precision. Oversee custom curtain production timelines, ensuring quality and on-time delivery. Troubleshoot any sizing, fabric, or installation challenges to maintain a seamless customer experience. Catalog & Business Growth Continuously expand and refine our curtain collection, staying ahead of design trends. Identify new fabric collections, styles, and accessories to enhance the product range. Develop standard operating processes for consultations, sample logistics, and order tracking. Initially take a hands-on approach but build and lead a team as the business scales. What Were Looking For 5+ years of experience in curtains, window treatments, or premium home decor. Strong design sensibilityunderstanding of fabrics, drapery styles, and home aesthetics. Client-facing expertiseable to engage, educate, and guide high-end customers. Vendor and procurement experiencecapable of managing curtain orders end-to-end. Operational mindsetable to balance creativity with process execution. Self-starter attitudeexcited to build a category-defining curtain shopping experience.
