Job Description
We need:
Executive Chef (preference: age between 35-45)
Excellent communication skills
Cool temperament, extremely respectful & co-operative, open to both feedback & constructive criticism
Prefer to have studied in one of the reputed culinary schools abroad (Australia, NZ, UK etc)
Efficiency & skill in Gourmet, Artisanal, European/NorthAfrican/Progressive Indian cuisine
Salary: 1.5+L pm (negotiable)
Additional skills : good networking. Would be great if he/she can secure collaborations with other restaurants & chefs
And most important adept at driving sales & curtailing extra expenditure.
Pragmatic, experimental, creative. Eager to brainstorm fresh ideas.
