We're looking for a dynamic HCM Configuration & Support Specialist I to join our team and help clients successfully convert to the HCM platform. This is a fantastic remote opportunity with a supportive team. What's In It For You: Be a Key Player: Lead and coordinate all transition activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Collaborate: Work closely with the Operations team to set up and configure systems to meet project requirements. Support: Aid the Operations team in planning and tracking progress on configuration and integration projects. Manage: Handle ancillary add-on order submission, setup, and audit. Stay Ahead: Maintain isolved system knowledge and follow procedures to ensure data quality, security, and integrity. Communicate: Clearly and effectively with team members, vendors, partners, and management. Solve Problems: Diagnose and resolve technical and configuration issues for seamless API functionality. Grow: Develop and maintain data extraction and transformation solutions, upholding high standards.
