Job Description
QA (5 - 10 yrs) : 5+ years HCC coding experience in coding and auditing. Should have minimum 1 year on paper experience as Quality Analyst Active coding credentials through AAPC or AHIMA is mandatory. Communicate quality issues and trends to the Team lead, Coding Manager and Training Manager. Adherence to official coding guidelines, coding clinic determinations, client specific coding guidelines, CMS and other regulatory compliance guidelines and mandates. Must be able to identify trends in coding and documentation errors, to include over and under-coding. Excellent written and verbal skills to include coaching and interpersonal skills Preferred candidate profile Should carry at least one year in QA on Paper Should be able to join immediately Should be willing to work from office Should be CPC OR CRC Certified Can upload the CV on Keka portal Referral bonus is applicable as per the referral policy,
