Job Description
You will be working full-time on-site as an HCC Medical Coder at Gladheart International Private Limited in Nelamangala. Your primary responsibility will involve assigning diagnostic codes to patient charts based on coding guidelines while ensuring accuracy and productivity standards are maintained in a healthcare environment. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in medical coding systems like HCC and ICD-10-CM, a strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology, as well as familiarity with CMS-HCC and RAF scoring. Attention to detail and accuracy in coding are crucial, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. Possessing a certification as a Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) is required. This position requires the flexibility to work night shifts, and immediate joiners are preferred for this role.,
