Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Hardware WFI / 4G/ 5G Design and Testing Engineer The ideal candidate will have experience in RF PCB design, antenna design, signal integrity, and RF testing methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop RF and microwave circuits, including amplifiers, mixers, filters, and antennas. Conduct simulations using tools like HFSS, ADS, CST, or Ansys to optimize RF performance. Perform PCB layout design with a focus on signal integrity, impedance matching, and EMI/EMC compliance. Develop and execute RF test plans, troubleshoot RF performance issues, and validate prototypes. Work closely with cross-functional teams including digital hardware, firmware, and mechanical engineers. Optimize power efficiency, noise reduction, and thermal performance in RF designs. Stay updated with emerging RF technologies and industry standards. Document design specifications, test procedures, and results. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of wireless communication standards (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LTE, 5G, etc.). Experience in RF hardware design and development. Proficiency in RF simulation and analysis tools Experience with RF measurement equipment (VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, Oscilloscope, etc.). Strong understanding of antenna theory, impedance matching, and signal propagation. Hands-on experience with CADENCE ORCAD & Layout Allegro / PADS PCB layout tools Familiarity with EMI/EMC compliance and mitigation techniques.
