Job Title: Hardware Engineer

Location: Delhi, India

Salary: ?15,000 - ?25,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Hardware Engineer to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the repair and maintenance of PC and laptop hardware. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and providing effective solutions to technical issues. You will be responsible for diagnosing problems, replacing faulty components, and maintaining a high standard of performance for all devices.

• Key Responsibilities:Hardware Diagnostics and Repair: Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues in PCs and laptops, including motherboards, graphics cards, hard drives (HDD/SSD), and other peripherals.
• Component Replacement: Perform a range of hardware replacements, such as changing laptop screens, hard drives, RAM modules, and other internal components.
• System Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve a variety of technical problems affecting computer performance, including booting issues, system freezes, and driver conflicts.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of all hardware.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed records of all repairs, replacements, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to internal teams as needed, explaining technical issues and solutions in a clear and understandable manner.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong practical knowledge of computer hardware, including the internal components of both desktop PCs and laptops.
• Proven ability to perform hardware repairs and component replacements.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose complex issues.
• Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g., Windows) and basic software troubleshooting.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and explain technical details.
• A certification such as CompTIA A+ is a plus but not mandatory.
• A diploma or degree in a related technical field is an advantage.
