Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced ladies' haircuts and hairstyling
• Perform hair treatments including protein, keratin, and spa services
• Recommend hair care products and services based on client needs
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of tools, equipment, and workstation
• Build strong client relationships through excellent customer service
• Support the team during busy hours and participate in salon activities

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a hairdresser
• Knowledge of different hair textures, styles, and treatments
• Friendly, polite, and professional communication
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of product use and aftercare advice
• Must follow salon protocols, grooming, and dress code
