Job Description
The role involves carrying out all clinical duties related to new patient management, infertility assessment, and EMR recording. This includes choosing appropriate clinical treatments based on guidelines and formulary. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing procedure and financial counseling to patients and their families regarding the benefits and risks of IVF and other advised procedures to facilitate the conversion of suitable cases. You will administer clinical treatments, oversee medication administration with the nursing team, provide inpatient oversight and monitoring, and collaborate with the IVF Lab Team. Furthermore, you will offer feedback and resolve issues for patients in coordination with the Center Ops team. It is essential to monitor quality parameters for patients, control mechanisms, and report clinical outcomes in collaboration with Center Ops. In this role, you will track patients" progress, keep referring OB-GYN Specialists informed at regular intervals, and work towards enhancing the scientific output of the clinic through studies, presentations, publications, etc. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and performance bonus. The candidate must hold a Master's degree. The work location is on-site.,
