Job Description
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Guest Relationship Manager at Rishikesh. As the Guest Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for customer satisfaction, customer service, performing receptionist duties, communication, and managing reservations. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all guests. Qualifications Customer service and customer satisfaction skills Experience in receptionist duties Strong communication skills Ability to manage reservations Excellent interpersonal skills Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in relevant software applications Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related is preffered,
