Job Description

You should hold a Degree from a recognized university and possess a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in a hospital setting, inclusive of patient care, coordination, and billing responsibilities. Proficiency in speaking Tamil fluently is mandatory, while knowledge of English and other regional languages will be beneficial. Your responsibilities will include welcoming patients, attendants, and visitors with courtesy, guiding patients throughout the hospital for various purposes, addressing patient needs and concerns, and liaising with the relevant departments for issue resolution. You will also be responsible for assisting patients in understanding the billing process, ensuring accurate billing, monitoring patient feedback for service enhancements, maintaining patient confidentiality, and supervising patient care in different hospital areas. Furthermore, you will need to keep detailed records of patient interactions, complaints, and follow-ups, support in managing VIP patients and special cases as per management directives, and maintain effective communication between patients, families, and hospital staff. This is a full-time position requiring both day and night shifts to be worked at the hospital premises.
