Compensation structure : 4-6 LPA + 1 LPA ESOPs Responsibilities : Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to acquire customers and drive business growth. Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for customers. Collaborate with internal teams (ops, compliance, and product) to align goals and enhance customer experience. Monitor category performance, track key metrics including GMV & Revenue and optimize models for better results. Take ownership of one of the categories and drive end-to-end sales. Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in B2B Sales or Partnerships role Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales talent.
