Supergram is an early-stage social media startup focused on reshaping how creators and communities engage. We're currently building our core team to drive user growth, engagement, and brand awareness as we prepare for launch. We are seeking a Growth Manager to lead marketing and user acquisition efforts, with the opportunity to join as an investor in exchange for an equity stake and a strategic leadership role, investing 2 to 5 Lakhs. Note: This is not a salaried position initially. The selected candidate will be offered equity and a leadership role in return for strategic involvement and a one-time 2 to 5 Lakhs investment to support early growth activities. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage digital growth strategies, including paid campaigns, influencer marketing, and SEO Develop and execute user acquisition plans across social and search platforms Optimise customer funnels and retention strategies Analyze performance data to improve ROI and growth KPIs Collaborate closely with the product and content teams to align growth with product vision Requirements 25 years of experience in digital marketing, growth strategy, or user acquisition Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, or Mixpanel Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving ability Familiarity with startup environments or early-stage marketing challenges Willingness to invest 5 Lakhs in exchange for equity (terms discussed during interview) What We Offer An integral part of Supergram Leadership position with strategic decision-making responsibility Flexible working environment Opportunity to be part of a next-gen Indian social media platform from the ground up If you're passionate about building, growing, and scaling new-age digital productsand you believe in Supergrams visionwed love to connect.
