Were now hiring a Growth Lead to help scale our next chapter. This is a full-stack growth role equal parts data, creative, and hustle. Youll be responsible for: Owning and scaling growth experiments across channels Driving partnerships and influencer collabs to unlock new audiences Analyzing product usage, revenue metrics, and funnel performance to identify levers Shaping and executing content marketing strategies Finding and testing new distribution strategies (SEO, social, email, community, etc.) Working cross-functionally with product, design, and founders You should have: 3+ years in marketing, growth, or performance roles (preferably at a startup or fast-growing product) Strong analytical skills you know your LTV from your CAC and love digging into dashboards A creative instinct for content and campaigns that catch attention Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for speed Excellent communication and project management chops Why join now Youll work directly with the founders Youll have a blank canvas to test and scale what works Were post-product-market-fit, growing, and solving a real need Youll help define how AI and commerce meet in the future,
