Key Responsibilities: Quotation Management: Prepare and issue accurate group quotations for sales teams based on client requirements and specifications. Cost-Benefit Analysis: Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses to determine pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market. Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs, gather necessary information, and ensure timely delivery of quotations. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor pricing to provide insights that enhance quotation strategies. Documentation: Maintain organized records of all quotations issued, including updates and revisions as necessary. Reporting: Provide regular reports on quotation activities, success rates, and feedback from the sales team to the B2B Department Director. Required Skills and Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 -5years of experience in a quotation or pricing role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry. Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles and ability to perform detailed cost-benefit analyses. Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate pricing and forecasting. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and present quotations clearly. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with CRM software or quotation management systems.
